The APC Smart-UPS X SMX750C is a 750VA/675W line-interactive UPS that keeps servers, storage, and network gear running through outages and dirty power. It delivers pure sine wave output, corrects high and low voltage automatically with AVR before it ever draws on the battery, and switches to battery only when it has to, which conserves runtime and battery life. A 2U chassis converts between rack and tower, and SmartConnect adds cloud-based remote monitoring straight from the built-in Ethernet port. Where It Fits
The SMX750C is built for IT managers and network administrators protecting mission-critical loads: server rooms, network closets, VoIP and communication systems, POS terminals, workstations, and edge computing sites. It supplies about 12 minutes of runtime at full load and roughly 25 minutes at half load, and accepts up to five external battery packs when longer bridging or graceful shutdown time is needed. PowerChute Serial Shutdown over USB or serial handles orderly shutdowns, and a SmartSlot accepts an optional Network Management Card for shutting down physical servers, virtual machines, and HCI clusters over the network.
