The Hikvision AcuSense DS-2CD2383G2-IU is an 8 MP IP turret camera designed for outdoor surveillance applications. It captures ultra-high-definition video at 3840 × 2160 using a 1/2.8" progressive scan CMOS image sensor and supports wide dynamic range rated at 120 dB for improved image detail in challenging lighting conditions.
This camera features a fixed 2.8mm lens and infrared illumination with a range of up to 30 meters. A built-in microphone enables mono audio capture, while Power over Ethernet (PoE) allows power and data to be transmitted through a single Ethernet cable.
AcuSense analytics support human and vehicle target classification to improve detection accuracy and reduce false alarms. The housing is constructed with an aluminum alloy body and plastic bubble and is rated IP67 for protection against dust and water.
