Clinical Images Rendered Exactly as Intended
In medical imaging, consistent grayscale is not optional. The Asus HA2741A is a 27-inch WQHD healthcare monitor factory-calibrated to the DICOM Part 14 GSDF standard, so radiology and clinical-review images look accurate and consistent from the first day and stay that way. Its IPS panel and antibacterial-treated housing are built for clinics and exam rooms. Explore more Asus displays or other computer monitors.
How It Works
ASUS Hardware Calibration stores color profiles on the monitor's internal scaler IC rather than the PC, so the display keeps its DICOM accuracy across different computers and operating systems without reconfiguring. A DICOM Preset mode with an ambient light sensor adjusts the grayscale curve for 0, 50, or 100 lux room conditions, and factory calibration guarantees a Just-Noticeable Difference under 10% for smooth, uniform gradations. Compliance with AAPM TG270, IEC 62563-1, IEC 60601-1-2, and ISO 13485 backs its use in medical environments.
