Tri-Band Wi-Fi 7 Capacity for Dense Campus Networks
Three 2x2 MIMO radios across 2.4, 5, and 6 GHz, up to 9.3 Gbps of aggregate throughput, dual 5 Gbps Ethernet uplinks, and patented Ultra Tri-Band filtering let the HPE Aruba Networking AP-735 pack a lot of wireless into one indoor enterprise access point. Part of the 730 Series, it extends past baseline Wi-Fi 7 to add capacity, connect more IoT devices, and tighten security. It fits right into our wireless access points lineup for campus and high-density rollouts.
Ideal Deployments
- High-density indoor campus environments: offices, classrooms, lecture halls, and conference centers.
- Bandwidth-hungry applications: high-definition video and AR/VR benefit from wide 320 MHz channels in the 6 GHz band.
- Dense IoT deployments that need more device capacity and accurate location awareness.
- Networks managed through HPE Aruba Networking Central and AOS-10 for unified, AI-assisted operations.
Notable Features
- Wi-Fi 7 (802.11be): 320 MHz channels, Multi-Link Operation, and 4K QAM for higher peak data rates.
- Three dedicated radios: up to 9.3 Gbps tri-band aggregate, with an optional dual-5 GHz or dual-6 GHz mode reaching 14.4 Gbps.
- Patented Ultra Tri-Band filtering lets the high end of 5 GHz and low end of 6 GHz operate together without interference.
- Dual 5 Gbps Ethernet ports eliminate coverage gaps and add resiliency.
- Low Power Indoor device class with integrated antennas, so no AFC service is required.
