7-in-1 USB C Hub with 4K 60Hz HDMI, Gigabit Ethernet, Two USB 3.0 Ports, SD and microSD Card Readers, 92W USB-C Pass-Through Charging, and Bus-Powered Metal Construction
The Plugable USBC-7IN1E is a 7-in-1 USB C hub that expands a single USB-C or Thunderbolt port into HDMI video output, Gigabit Ethernet, two USB 3.0 data ports, SD and microSD card readers, and USB-C pass-through charging. The HDMI 2.0 output drives external monitors at up to 4K 60Hz on systems with DisplayPort 1.4 support, and the Gigabit Ethernet port provides wired network access for laptops without a built-in RJ-45 jack. The two USB 3.0 Type-A ports transfer data at up to 5 Gbps for external drives, keyboards, mice, and other peripherals.
The hub is entirely bus-powered and requires no external power supply. The USB-C pass-through port delivers up to 92W of charging power from your laptop's USB-C charger to the laptop while the hub is connected, keeping the device charged during use. The compact metal enclosure measures 1.50 inches wide and weighs 3.20 ounces, fitting into a laptop bag alongside the device it supports. Compatible with Windows, macOS, ChromeOS, and Linux systems with USB-C or Thunderbolt ports. Works with MacBook Pro, MacBook Air, Dell XPS, Lenovo ThinkPad, HP Spectre, Surface Pro, Chromebooks, and other USB-C docking-capable laptops. Backed by a 2-year warranty.
Where the USBC-7IN1E Fits
- Mobile professionals and business travelers who need to connect a laptop to an external monitor, wired Ethernet, and USB peripherals in hotel rooms, conference rooms, and client offices, the single USB-C connection replaces multiple dongles and adapters, and the 3.20-ounce weight adds almost nothing to a travel kit
- Home office and remote work setups where a laptop serves as the primary workstation and needs a 4K monitor, wired Ethernet for stable video calls, and USB ports for a keyboard and mouse, the 92W pass-through charging keeps the laptop powered while working through the hub, and the SD/microSD slots handle photo and video file transfers without a separate card reader
- Education and shared workstation environments where Chromebooks and laptops connect to classroom projectors, wired school networks, and shared USB peripherals, the bus-powered design requires no extra cables or power bricks at the desk, and compatibility with Windows, macOS, ChromeOS, and Linux covers the full range of devices in a mixed-platform fleet
