Single-Port 48V Passive PoE Injector with Gigabit Passthrough and Surge Protection
The Ubiquiti POE-48-24W-G is a 48V passive PoE injector that delivers up to 24W (0.5A) to a single device over standard Ethernet cabling. It powers Ubiquiti access points, bridges, and cameras that require 48V passive PoE without needing a PoE switch. The built-in gigabit data passthrough maintains full network speed between the source switch and the powered device.
This adapter sits between a non-PoE switch port and the device that needs power. One RJ45 port connects to the network (data in), the other connects to the PoE device (data + power out). Integrated surge and clamping protection shields both the adapter and the connected device from voltage spikes on the Ethernet line, making it suitable for installations where the cable run passes through areas exposed to electrical interference.

- Single AP or camera deployments where a PoE switch is overkill and only one device needs power injected onto an existing cable run
