The Ubiquiti UniFi Access G2 Reader Pro (UA-G2-Pro) combines an NFC credential reader, built-in camera, two-way audio intercom, and a small touch display into a single outdoor-rated door station. Visitors press the doorbell, the camera activates, and the person inside sees live video and can speak with the visitor before granting access. Employees tap their NFC card or phone for credential-based entry.
The G2 Reader Pro is the premium door station in the UniFi Access lineup. Where the standard G2 Reader handles NFC-only credential reads, the G2 Pro adds a camera, speaker, microphone, and display so it functions as both an access reader and a video intercom. IP55 rated for outdoor exposure at building entrances.

- NFC credential reader: Tap NFC cards, fobs, or mobile devices (Apple Wallet, Google Wallet) for instant access. Credential management through UniFi Access.
- Built-in camera and intercom: Camera activates on doorbell press. Two-way audio lets the person inside screen visitors before granting or denying access remotely.
- Touch display: Small screen shows status, prompts visitors to press the doorbell, and confirms access granted/denied. Visible feedback for users at the door.
- IP55 weather rated: Outdoor-rated for rain, dust, and direct building entrance exposure. Mount beside any exterior door without a separate enclosure.
- PoE powered: Single Ethernet cable provides power and data. No separate transformer or power supply at the door location.
