The Ubiquiti UniFi Smart Chime is a plug-in wireless doorbell chime that pairs with UniFi Protect doorbells to deliver audible alerts anywhere you have a wall outlet. The built-in speaker and buzzer provide clear notification sounds when someone rings your doorbell, and the compact fabric-wrapped polycarbonate enclosure blends into home and office interiors without the bulk of traditional wired chime boxes.
The UP-Chime connects over 2.4 GHz WiFi (802.11b/g/n) and configures through the UniFi Protect app on iOS or Android. Plug it into any standard AC outlet, adopt it in Protect, and it begins receiving doorbell ring notifications immediately. Add multiple chimes throughout a building so doorbell alerts reach every floor and room where someone needs to hear them.
