The Ubiquiti UniFi G5 Dome Ultra (UVC-G5-Dome-Ultra) is an ultra-compact 4MP indoor dome camera that measures 2.5 inches in diameter and weighs 6.17 ounces. The 2K sensor captures 2688 x 1512 at 30 fps with a 102.4-degree wide-angle lens, 20-meter IR night vision, and AI event detection through UniFi Protect. The G5 Dome Ultra is the compact, low-profile option in the UniFi Protect camera lineup. Where the standard G5 Dome offers higher resolution in a larger housing, the Dome Ultra prioritizes minimal visual footprint and easy placement in spaces where a larger camera would be conspicuous. Surface mount it on a wall or ceiling, or use the optional flush mount kit to recess it into a drop ceiling for a near-invisible install.
