Indoor 5-Inch Touchscreen for Answering Intercom Calls, Screening Visitors, and Unlocking Doors Remotely
The Ubiquiti UniFi Access Intercom Viewer (UA-Intercom-Viewer) is a 5" PoE-powered touchscreen display that receives calls from the UniFi Access Intercom, shows live video of visitors, and lets staff or residents unlock doors with a single tap. It features two-way audio through a built-in microphone and speaker, mounts to any wall or gang box, and draws just 5W over a single Ethernet cable. Managed through UniFi Access (v1.22.17+) as the indoor answer point for the outdoor UA-Intercom entry terminal.
The Intercom Viewer is the indoor companion to the outdoor UA-Intercom. When a visitor rings the directory or presses the doorbell at the UA-Intercom, the Viewer displays the live camera feed, plays the audio chime, and presents unlock controls on its touchscreen. Multiple Viewers can be installed throughout a building so staff at different locations can answer the same intercom call. For residential units in multi-tenant buildings, each unit gets its own Viewer tied to its directory entry on the outdoor Intercom.

- Two-way audio with built-in microphone and speaker: Full duplex communication with visitors at the outdoor Intercom. Speak and listen simultaneously without holding a button.
- PoE powered (5W max): Single Cat5e cable provides both power and data. No power adapter, no separate wiring. Connects to any PoE switch or injector on the network.
- Wall or gang box mounting: Included wall mount hardware for surface installation. Compatible with standard gang boxes for flush-mount integration in finished walls.
- UniFi Access ecosystem integration: Pairs with the UA-Intercom and Reader Pro. Managed centrally through UniFi Access alongside door locks, hubs, and access credentials.
