Large-Screen VoIP Desktop Phone with Camera, Multi-View Grid, and UniFi Integration
The Ubiquiti UniFi Phone Touch Max (UTP-TouchMax) is a desktop VoIP phone with a 7-inch HD touchscreen, built-in 5MP camera for video calls, and multi-view camera grid for monitoring multiple UniFi Protect feeds simultaneously. It runs as a unified communications endpoint integrated with UniFi Talk, Protect, and Access, combining phone, video intercom, camera monitor, and door controller into one desk device.
The Touch Max is the larger counterpart to the Phone Touch. The 7-inch display adds enough screen space for a multi-camera grid view, making it double as a compact security monitor at reception desks. Same UniFi OS integration, same camera and access features, but with a display large enough to show multiple feeds at once without squinting at a 5-inch panel.

What the Phone Touch Max Delivers
- 7-inch HD touchscreen with Multi-View: Large capacitive display shows multiple Protect camera feeds simultaneously in a grid layout. Big enough to serve as a mini security monitor while handling voice and video calls.
- 5MP camera for video calls: Built-in camera enables internal video calls between UniFi phones. The larger screen makes video conversations more natural than on the 5-inch model.
- UniFi Protect and Access integration: View live camera feeds, receive motion alerts, and unlock doors through UniFi Access directly from the phone display.
- PoE+ powered, WiFi or Ethernet: Connects via PoE+ Ethernet (802.3at) or WiFi (802.11ac). Two RJ45 ports allow passthrough to a desktop or laptop behind the phone.
- Full VoIP feature set: Conference calling, warm/cold transfer, call forwarding, hold, mute, voicemail, call waiting, and Bluetooth headset support through UniFi Talk.
