The Ubiquiti UniFi PowerAmp (UPL-Amp-B) is a 130W per channel (8 ohm) Class D amplifier with HDMI eARC input, dual RCA analog inputs, AirPlay 2, Spotify Connect, and Dolby Atmos decoding built in. It connects to your network via dual Gigabit Ethernet or WiFi, groups with up to 32 PowerAmps for multi-zone audio, and is managed through the UniFi Play app for zone control, volume, and source selection from iOS or Android.
The PowerAmp brings Ubiquiti's network management approach to commercial and residential audio. Instead of standalone amplifiers with proprietary control systems, the PowerAmp runs on the same network infrastructure as UniFi switches and access points, streams directly from AirPlay 2 and Spotify without a separate media server, and scales across zones by adding more units to the group. The 1.43-inch rotary touchscreen on the front panel provides local volume and source control without pulling out a phone.
