Desktop IP Phone with 5-Inch Touch Display, Camera, and Full UniFi Talk Integration
The Ubiquiti UniFi Talk G3 Touch Pro (UTP-G3-Touch-Pro) is a desktop IP phone with a 5-inch capacitive touchscreen, built-in camera, Wi-Fi (802.11ac), and Bluetooth. It runs UniFi Talk for VoIP calling, video calls, and intercom functions, all managed from the same UniFi dashboard that controls the network, cameras, and access control.
Unlike traditional desk phones that need a separate PBX and SIP configuration, the G3 Touch Pro integrates natively with UniFi Talk. Provisioning is automatic: adopt the phone in the UniFi console, assign an extension, and it is ready to make and receive calls. The built-in camera enables video calling between G3 Touch Pro units or to mobile devices running the UniFi Talk app.

- 5-inch capacitive touchscreen: Full-touch interface for dialing, directory browsing, voicemail playback, and call management. No physical number pad needed; the display handles everything through the UniFi Talk UI.
- Built-in camera for video calls: Make and receive video calls between G3 Touch Pro phones or to the UniFi Talk mobile app. Also functions as a video intercom endpoint when paired with UniFi Access door stations.
- Wi-Fi 5 (802.11ac) + Bluetooth: Connect over Wi-Fi when no Ethernet drop is available at the desk location. Bluetooth pairs wireless headsets for hands-free calling without a separate base station.
- 2x Gigabit RJ45 ports: Wired Ethernet with passthrough so the phone can daisy-chain to a laptop or other device at the desk without consuming a second switch port.
- UniFi Talk managed: Auto-provisioned through the UniFi console. Extensions, voicemail, call groups, auto-attendant, and call routing all configured in the same interface as the rest of the UniFi deployment.
