12-Line SIP Phone with Built-In Dual-Band WiFi and Bluetooth 4.2, 2.8-Inch Color Display, Dual USB 2.0 Ports, PoE, and EXP43 Expansion Module Support
The Yealink SIP-T44W (1301213) is a 12-line IP phone with built-in dual-band WiFi on 802.11a/b/g/n/ac and built-in Bluetooth 4.2 for wireless headset pairing and mobile contact synchronization, a 2.8-inch color display at 320x240 resolution, dual USB 2.0 ports for USB headsets and call recording, and Yealink Optima HD Voice with Opus codec for superior audio clarity across varying network conditions. Dual-port Ethernet with built-in PoE provides wired connectivity with PC passthrough and powers the phone directly from the network switch.
The SIP-T44W is the wireless member of Yealink's T4U series, building dual-band WiFi and Bluetooth directly into the phone where the T43U, T46U, and T48U require USB adapters for wireless connectivity. This frees both USB ports for headsets, call recording, and other accessories without sacrificing wireless features. The phone shares the T4U series' unified firmware, dual firmware images for failsafe upgrades, and deploys through Yealink's Redirection and Provisioning Service for zero-touch provisioning at scale.
Where the SIP-T44W Fits
- Offices without dedicated Ethernet drops where built-in dual-band WiFi on 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz bands connects the phone wirelessly without USB adapters, 12 SIP accounts handle multi-line call management, and built-in Bluetooth 4.2 pairs wireless headsets for hands-free operation throughout the workspace
- High-volume reception and call center desks where up to three EXP43 expansion modules add up to 180 programmable keys with LCD display and LED indicators for BLF monitoring, speed dial, and line management, and 21 built-in DSS keys across three pages handle direct station assignments
- Managed SIP phone fleets where unified T4U firmware simplifies provisioning across all T4U models, zero-touch provisioning through Yealink's RPS handles deployment without manual configuration, and dual firmware images provide enterprise-level protection against failed upgrades
What the SIP-T44W Delivers
- Built-In Dual-Band WiFi: 802.11a/b/g/n/ac wireless on both 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz bands provides network connectivity without Ethernet cabling or USB WiFi dongles. 5 GHz operation delivers faster speeds and stronger interference resistance in dense wireless environments.
- Built-In Bluetooth 4.2: Integrated Bluetooth pairs wireless headsets and synchronizes mobile contacts directly without a USB adapter, leaving both USB ports available for headsets, call recording, and other accessories simultaneously.
- 2.8-Inch Color Display: 320x240 resolution color LCD with backlight provides visual call management, directory search, and line status for up to 12 SIP accounts. Three pages of 21 programmable DSS keys use paperless labels for speed dial, BLF, and custom function assignments.
- Dual USB 2.0 Ports: Two USB ports remain fully available for accessories since WiFi and Bluetooth are built in. Connect any combination of USB headset for hands-free operation and USB flash drive for call recording simultaneously.
- EXP43 Expansion Module Support: Connects up to three Yealink EXP43 expansion modules for up to 180 additional programmable keys with LCD display and LED indicators for BLF, speed dial, and custom function assignments at reception desks and high-volume call environments.
Does the Yealink T44W Have Bluetooth?
The SIP-T44W includes built-in Bluetooth 4.2, unlike the T43U, T46U, and T48U which require Yealink's BT41 USB adapter for Bluetooth connectivity. The integrated Bluetooth pairs wireless headsets and synchronizes mobile contacts without occupying a USB port, so both USB 2.0 ports remain available for other accessories like USB headsets and flash drives for call recording.
