The Yealink W79P (1302025) is a complete ruggedized DECT cordless phone system that includes an IP67-rated W59R handset and W70B base station in a single package for out-of-the-box cordless IP phone functionality in demanding work environments. The system supports up to 10 SIP accounts, 20 simultaneous calls, and up to 10 DECT handsets on a single base with Opus HD voice and Flexible Noise Reduction for clear wideband audio in noisy industrial settings. The W59R handset includes built-in Bluetooth for wireless headset pairing and a safety alarm system with man-down, no-movement, push-button, and running alarms powered by an integrated G-sensor.
The W79P is the ruggedized counterpart to Yealink's W76P standard cordless phone system, pairing the IP67 waterproof and dustproof W59R handset with the W70B base station for warehouses, manufacturing floors, outdoor work sites, and other harsh environments where standard cordless phones cannot survive. The W70B base connects to the network via Ethernet with PoE support for single-cable installation, while TLS and SRTP encryption secures all voice traffic. Additional W59R or W56H handsets pair with the included base for multi-user expansion up to 10 handsets total.
