Compact WiFi 6 Mesh Gateway with Built-In UniFi Controller for Small Deployments
The Ubiquiti UniFi Express (UX) is a compact WiFi 6 mesh router that combines a dual-band 802.11ax access point, a security gateway with IDS/IPS, and a built-in UniFi Network controller in a single plug-and-play device. It is the smallest and most affordable entry point into the UniFi ecosystem, designed for apartments, small offices, and single-room deployments that need full UniFi management capabilities.
The UniFi Express can operate standalone as a complete network (gateway + WiFi + controller) or extend an existing UniFi deployment as a mesh access point. Multiple Express units can mesh wirelessly for coverage expansion without running Ethernet between them. PoE-in support allows the device to be powered by a PoE switch without a wall adapter. Managed through its built-in UniFi Network interface or adopted into an existing UniFi console.
