How to Put a Privacy Filter on a Laptop
The 3M PF140W9B includes two installation methods. The COMPLY Flip Attach uses adhesive tabs on the top edge of the laptop bezel to create a hinge that lets you flip the filter up for sharing and snap it down for privacy. The adhesive strip method secures the filter directly to the bezel on all sides for a semi-permanent fit. Both methods install in minutes without tools, and the filter can be removed and repositioned if needed. For laptops with thin bezels, the adhesive strip method provides the most secure attachment.
