The Acer ADK243 (GP.DCK11.017) is a USB-C docking station that expands a single USB-C port into dual display outputs, Gigabit Ethernet, four USB data ports, an audio combo jack, and 85W pass-through charging. The HDMI 2.0 and DisplayPort 1.4 video outputs drive two external monitors simultaneously, and the 85W USB-C Power Delivery charges the host laptop through the same cable that carries data and video, eliminating the need for a separate power adapter at the desk.
The dock provides two USB 3.1 Gen 1 Type-A ports at 5 Gbps for external drives and high-speed peripherals, two USB 2.0 Type-A ports for keyboards, mice, and other low-bandwidth devices, and a Gigabit Ethernet port for wired network access. A Kensington security slot secures the dock to a desk or cable lock in shared and open-plan environments. The unit connects to any laptop with a USB 3.1 Type-C port and ships with a US power cord.
