Feed Redundancy for Gear That Only Has One Power Cord
A single-power-supply switch or server has one weak point: the feed it plugs into. The Eaton EATS120 removes it. This 1U automatic transfer switch PDU takes two 120V inputs and moves the load to the backup source the instant the primary drops, so single-corded equipment gets the same redundancy as dual-corded hardware. Browse the full Eaton range or compare other PDUs to build the right power path for your rack.
Where It Fits
Drop it into a rack where uptime is non-negotiable and the equipment has only one power supply, such as edge closets, small server rooms, and network or storage stacks fed from an A and B source or a utility feed plus a UPS.
- Bridges two independent 120V sources so a single-corded device rides through the loss of either one.
- Ten NEMA 5-20R outlets power a full stack from one transfer switch.
- Returns to the primary source automatically once it is restored, with no manual intervention.
Key Capabilities
- Fast automatic transfer: intelligent circuitry monitors both inputs and switches sources without interrupting critical loads.
- Included network card: track current, voltage, and active source remotely and receive email alerts.
- Graphical LCD: read load and the active power source right at the rack.
- Two NEMA 5-20P inputs rated 120V, 16A, and 1.92 kW, with 6 ft cords for flexible placement.
- 1U rack-mount chassis backed by a 3-year warranty.
