Clear overlay with nonglare finish allows complete customization - perfect for organization and presentations. Three-ring binder is archival-safe. It is made with PVC-free, nonstick polypropylene that will not transfer ink or lift copy from materials inserted into the cover or placed inside the D-ring binder.
