The Ubiquiti UniFi Flex Mini 2.5G (USW-Flex-2.5G-5) is a palm-sized 5-port managed switch with 2.5 GbE on every port. It connects to your network via PoE input or USB-C power, delivers 25 Gbps switching capacity, and runs fanless for silent operation on a desk, shelf, or behind a monitor. Managed through the UniFi Network controller for VLAN segmentation, traffic monitoring, and port control across your UniFi switch fleet.

Is the UniFi Flex Mini 2.5G a Managed Switch?
Yes. Despite its size, the Flex Mini 2.5G is a fully managed Layer 2 switch when adopted into a UniFi Network controller. It supports VLANs, port isolation, port mirroring, storm control, jumbo frames, and traffic statistics. It also works standalone as a plug-and-play unmanaged switch if no controller is available, but the management features are what separate it from consumer-grade desktop switches at the same price point.
