The 3M PF490W3E is a full screen privacy filter for 49-inch super ultrawide monitors with a 32:9 aspect ratio. The filter provides edge-to-edge coverage with a 47.72 in. x 13.50 in. viewing area designed for frameless displays where the viewable panel extends to the edge of the monitor housing. The PF490W3E blacks out the display from side views beyond a 60-degree angle using 3M's microlouver technology, preventing visual access to on-screen content from anyone not seated directly in front of the screen. The matte-finish privacy screen includes the 3M Large Display Attachment system for secure installation on super ultrawide monitors.
The PF490W3E features a matte surface on both sides for consistent glare reduction regardless of which side faces out. The 49-inch 32:9 super ultrawide format is equivalent to two 27-inch 16:9 monitors combined into a single seamless panel, delivering nearly four feet of continuous screen real estate for multi-application workflows.
