Wall-Mount Structured Media Enclosure with Wi-Fi Transparent Design and 22lb Equipment Capacity
The StarTech 28P1-MEDIA-ENCLOSURE is a 28-inch wall-mount structured media enclosure that provides a centralized location to organize and protect networking equipment such as routers, switches, fiber media converters, and modems. The fire-retardant all-plastic construction is Wi-Fi transparent, allowing wireless access points and other RF devices to operate inside without signal degradation. The vented door provides passive cooling for installed equipment.
Supports both surface and recessed mounting between standard 16-inch spaced studs, with keyhole mounting holes for one-person installation. The modular interior includes height-adjustable shelves installed tool-free, plus five knockouts on top and three on the bottom for cable routing. Hook-and-loop straps and plastic hooks keep cables organized inside the enclosure. Supports up to 22 lbs (10 kg) of equipment. 2-year warranty from StarTech.
