25 Gbps Long-Range Single-Mode Fiber Transceiver for Campus and Inter-Building SFP28 Links
The Ubiquiti 25G Single-Mode SFP28 Transceiver (UACC-OM-SFP28-LR) is a 25 Gbps long-range optical module for single-mode fiber connections between switches, routers, and aggregation devices. The LR (Long Range) designation means it reaches further than SR (Short Range) modules, supporting the distances needed for inter-building and campus backbone fiber runs.
This module plugs into any SFP28 slot on UniFi Enterprise switches (ECS-48-PoE, USW-Pro-XG series) or third-party equipment with 25G SFP28 ports. Use it for the fiber uplinks that connect aggregation switches to the core, or for long-distance point-to-point links where 10G is no longer enough bandwidth.
