The Ubiquiti UniFi Mobile Router Industrial (UMR-Industrial) is a ruggedized 4G LTE cellular router built for remote, mobile, and harsh-environment deployments where wired internet is unavailable. It accepts a nano-SIM card for cellular data, provides two Ethernet ports for local device connectivity, and powers from PoE input for integration into existing networking infrastructure. Managed through UniFi Network alongside all other UniFi devices for centralized monitoring, VPN, and traffic management from any location.
The Industrial variant is the ruggedized version of the UniFi Mobile Router line. While the standard UMR targets travel and portable use, the Industrial model adds environmental hardening for permanent outdoor or vehicle-mounted installations where vibration, temperature extremes, and moisture exposure are expected. For fleet vehicles, construction sites, agricultural equipment, remote camera deployments, and industrial IoT applications, the UMR-Industrial provides always-on LTE connectivity with the same UniFi management plane used across the rest of the network.
